It’s an easy way to share their portraits with friends and family and when their classmates see what great work we do, they want us to create their portraits too! It shows what happens during a sitting and helps us because others learn how to prepare for their sittings. And if someone mentions your name when booking their sitting, you receive an $8 referral fee and they receive $5 off their sitting.

High School Senior Model Reps: are people who come in before April 30th for their 1st set of senior portraits. You get extra sitting for free since the outdoor greenery, like flowers, leaves and fountains, aren’t out until later.

We are looking for a few people from each school to come in early for senior portraits so they can show them around school. Why? When your classmates see what great work we do they’ll want us to create their senior portraits too! You receive 50% off sittings & portraits before April 30, 2006 plus $8 whenever someone mentions your name when booking their sitting and we receive great PR. Don’t worry about coming in “too early” since three sittings are included for the price of one ($40) if your first sitting is in Feb or March (you can come back in April or May and again in June or July). Have we photographed an older brother/sister/cousin, etc. ?

Hope all is going well with you. We're getting ready for the Class of 2007 by lining up our Model-Reps. We probably mentioned the Model-Rep program to you and might even have given you a sample invoice. By prepaying for a sitting now, it’s only $35 plus tax (reg. it’s $80, 50% off is $40 and we take $5 off because of the siblings’ Model-Rep check). Plus the sibling earns $8 for referral fee. A Model-Rep’s 1^st sitting is between Feb1 and April 30, 2006 and they receive 50% off all photos ordered before 4-30-06 when you prepay your sitting.

We've created a standardized invoice that summarizes ALL the Model-Reps’ benefits and costs. There is a lot on the invoice that makes it easy to track ALL of the services we do. we either go back and fill in the invoice OR add new items to the end.

A link to the Model-Rep Guidebook (and “Senior Portrait Planning Package) is below in our e-mail’s "signature". I really love the "Resume" item in the Guidebook; Model-Reps can add this to their resume after they refer one person (and earns $8 when that person prepays their sitting). This is new; we'd love to know what you think of it. It's a nice way for the Model-Rep to remember what to cover when they talk about us to another Class of 2007 member since the "job description" is basically a "script".
